Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1 | ARRIVAL IN ZANZIBAR – RELAX & UNWIND AT SHABA BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Upon arrival at Zanzibar International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your beach resort, Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa, located on the northeast coast. Check in and settle into your room with views of the turquoise Indian Ocean. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, enjoying the resort’s white sandy beach, swimming pools, and all-inclusive amenities.
Overnight: Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa

DAY 2 | STONE TOWN DISCOVERY & SUNSET DHOW CRUISE
After breakfast, depart for a half-day guided tour of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the historic Old Fort, House of Wonders, the Sultan’s Palace, narrow alleys, and local spice markets. Later in the afternoon, head to the seafront for your Sunset Dhow Cruise—a traditional Swahili wooden sailing boat offering breathtaking views of the sun setting over the horizon. Enjoy drinks and light snacks on board as the dhow glides along the coast. Return to the resort in time for dinner.

DAY 3 | SAFARI BLUE FULL-DAY MARINE ADVENTURE
Today is reserved for the famous Safari Blue experience, a full-day marine adventure in the Menai Bay Conservation Area. Sail aboard a traditional dhow to pristine sandbanks and remote islets. Snorkel in crystal-clear waters over vibrant coral reefs, watch for dolphins, and enjoy a seafood BBQ lunch served under shady trees on an uninhabited island.
Return to Neptune Pwani in the late afternoon for a relaxing evening.

Day 4 | PRIVATE YACHT TO MNEMBA ISLAND – FULL DAY
After breakfast, embark on a luxurious full-day private yacht excursion to Mnemba Island, renowned for its clear waters and abundant marine life. Enjoy snorkeling, sunbathing on deck, swimming with tropical fish, and soaking in the ultimate Indian Ocean views. Refreshments, gourmet lunch on board (at own cost). This experience offers a blend of elegance, adventure.
Return to Neptune Pwani in the late afternoon to enjoy your final evening on the island.

DAY 5 | ZANZIBAR - DEPARTURE
On your final day, you’ll be transferred back to Zanzibar Airport after breakfast for your onward journey. This marks the end of your unforgettable Zanzibar beach holiday.

Hello, I’m Catherine, the founder of Sights Travel. I started this company with a simple dream to share my deep love for Kenya’s wildlife, culture, and communities through unforgettable safari experiences. As a proudly women-owned safari company, we are certified by WeConnect International USA, and I am honoured to lead a team that shares my passion for creating meaningful journeys.
For me, safaris are not just about exploring Kenya’s breath taking landscapes they’re about travelling with purpose. At Sights Travel, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Every journey is designed to support conservation efforts and protect the natural environment that makes Africa so special.
