Day By Day Itinerary
Day 1 | International Arrival – Nairobi- Samburu National Reserve
We will pick you from your hotel in Nairobi or the Jomo Kenyatta International airport and transfer you to the domestic Wilson airport for your morning flight. You will be brought to the airport 1 hour prior to the flight. Board your flight to Samburu Reserve, north of Mount Kenya for approximately one and a half hours.
Upon arrival you will be received and transferred from the airstrip to your overnight camp by our driver guide in a 4×4 safari vehicle.
Check into your luxury tent and enjoy a delicious lunch in the camp’s dining area. Proceed for a safari game drive late afternoon during which you explore the surrounding parts of the Samburu and see its amazing wildlife.
Return to the camp by evening in time for dinner.

Day 2 | Samburu - Nairobi
Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast – this is one of the best times of the day to spot animals. Return to the camp in time for a quick breakfast.
Proceed to check out. You bid farewell to Samburu – as you will be transferred to the nearby airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi.
Upon arrival in Nairobi, we’ll have our driver guide waiting for you at the Wilson Airport for onward transfer to your hotel or to the International airport.Activities: Morning game drive in Samburu reserve

Hello, I’m Catherine, the founder of Sights Travel. I started this company with a simple dream to share my deep love for Kenya’s wildlife, culture, and communities through unforgettable safari experiences. As a proudly women-owned safari company, we are certified by WeConnect International USA, and I am honoured to lead a team that shares my passion for creating meaningful journeys.
For me, safaris are not just about exploring Kenya’s breath taking landscapes they’re about travelling with purpose. At Sights Travel, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
