Day By Day Itinerary
Day 1 | International Arrival – Nairobi - Laikipia
The Laikipia plateau, which sprawls between the slopes of Mount Kenya in the south and the Great Rift Valley in the west, supports a staggering density of wildlife among its open savannah plains, woodlands, dramatic canyons and low forested valleys. It is also home to the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, where your journey begins.
With Mount Kenya as its backdrop, Lewa wild landscapes are home to diverse wildlife including the lesser-seen and rare northern species such as Grevy’s zebra, greater kudu, Jackson hartebeest, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich and the rare and special African wild dog. Naturally, there’s a healthy population of lion here too.
On arrival at the airport, you’ll be greeted by our driver and transferred to Wilson Airport for your flight to Lewa Airstrip approximately 1 hour. You will be transferred to Lewa Safari Camp on a 4*4 land cruiser. Check in time for Lunch and settle into the camp. Later you will have an afternoon to sunset game drive

Day 2 & 3 | Lewa Conservancy, Laikipia
Enjoy an early morning game drive in the Lewa Conservancy and return to the camp for breakfast.
Spend mid-morning at leisure then later enjoy your scrumptious lunch. Have a guided afternoon to sunset game drive Or have a guided walking safari. This is a great way to view the stunning diversity of Lewa is on foot. You will be accompanied by traditional Samburu guides whose knowledge of local flora, fauna, cultural and history is unmatched.Dinner and overnight stay at Elewana Lewa Safari Camp

Day 4, 5, 6 | Masai Mara
The Mara North Conservancy is a beautiful private wilderness area that is home to a spectacular array of mammals; including elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah and large concentrations of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle and other migratory wildlife. Explore the conservancy on specially adapted game drive vehicles, which have been refitted to provide the best opportunities for photography. You can also choose to leave the car behind and seek out the small creatures of the wild on guided bush walks.
For families on safari, Elephant Pepper Camp is a delight for young explorers. Leave them in the hands of the expert guides where they will learn how to make a fire, throw a rungu, fire a bow and arrow and track wildlife.
After a delicious breakfast head to Lewa Airstrip and fly to Mara North Airstrip in the Masai Mara Reserve. You will be transferred by your driver guide to your camp for checking in and relaxation. This is a 30 minutes to the camp. Proceed for an afternoon game drive
Dinner and overnight stay at Elewana Elephant Pepper Camp

Day 7 | Masai Mara
Upon waking, tea and freshly-baked biscuits ease the guests into a morning of game drives or bush walks across the conservancy in the company of highly experienced local guides and wildlife rangers. Later you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi. Lunch at Carnivore then proceed to Jomo Kenyatta airport for your international flight.
